Why was my credit card not accepted?
There are
many reasons why the payment may be rejected by your card issuer. The most
common are:
- Insufficient
funds available.
- Invalid
card data.
- The CVV/CVV2 number is
incorrect or incomplete.
- Your card is not enabled for
online purchase.
- Possible issues related to the
3DS authorization flow
We advise
you to make sure the details are correct and your card has sufficient funds. If
your card is not enabled for online purchases, we advise you to add another.
Please note
that from 2022 your bank may request authorization in 3DS2 mode at the payment
stage. Therefore, your card must be enabled and you must authorize the
transaction through the methods provided by your bank (for example push
notification on the bank app, sending a pin on the phone number, etc.).
